Brian is a consummate professional, he goes above and beyond in helping navigate all aspects of real estate for his clients. As a first time home owner, Brian assisted with everything from showings to inspections to cleaners, all with top quality service and response times. He is able to intelligently articulate the complexities of the process to home ownership, which is a rarity among realtors who are pressuring you to commit to arguably the largest investment of your life.

Would strongly recommend that you consult with Brian before you pick a realtor, it will be very obvious that he is the realtor to work with.

Not is only Brian a great friend but also an amazing realtor. When me and my wife started looking for our first home together, Brian had a meeting with us and went over everything in such great detail such as the new mortgages requirements to where the best resale value would be. My wife does have some particular tastes and he made sure to answer every question that she had and he took notes on everything that she wanted in our first home. When we started looking for places, he already had so many places lined up for us to look at and spent an entire Saturday looking at about eight or nine homes. Then he was able to find one home that was just perfect for us and he worked really hard for us to get us a great deal. Not only that, he also helped us out by introducing us to a great mortgage broker and also a great moving company.

I would highly recommend Brian to everyone one of my friends and family.

Brian helped my partner and I purchase our first condo together. I had initially reached out to him over 2 years ago about purchasing a home and since then he has answered our many questions, been incredibly patient, and provided us with his honest and professional opinion on the market and kept us informed. He is a true professional and is very personable. He also has great referrals for mortgage brokers.

He is super quick to respond to any messages/questions and makes sure you are taken care of as his client from A-Z. He translated all the jargon in the documents into terms we understood and made sure we knew exactly what was happening at all times. Brian is super knowledgeable - especially when it comes to pricing/offer strategies and is most definitely an expert in his field. We would've been lost without him!

Brian was the key in helping us buy our first home. Being a first time home buyer, we are not that familiar with the process but Brian assisted us through everything making it hassle-free.

He carefully took into consideration our criteria and provided us with different options on which home would best fit our needs. He is not biased and provides the pros and cons for each choice that we were looking at helping us narrow down our options.

He is very quick to respond to our inquiries. He translates the jargon / terminologies used in the agreements and strata documentations to layman's terms which allow us to easily grasp and understand what we should be aware of.

I was referred to Brian by a really close friend and I am very glad that I was able to work with him in purchasing my first home.

My boyfriend and I found a property that we were interested in and we consulted with Brian to help us make a decision. Although he was not familiar with the developer, he researched more about the company and asked the developer's sales team questions that I never thought of asking, which demonstrates how he cares about what is offered to his clients. It is because of his reassurance and knowledge of what makes a good property that we knew the property we were interested in was the perfect purchase for us. He is approachable and reliable, as he always replies to text messages within half an hour and always gives a thorough answer if you ask him a question. Although the purchase we made was a pre-sale, I have no doubt that Brian will help us through whatever steps are coming throughout the years to come before we move into our new home. Brian is great! You always get almost instant reply from him. I am a first time home buyer so I probably asked him like thousand questions but he was being very patient with me and tried to give his opinion as much as he could. He also done his research well, gave me great insight on the properties that we were looking at and was actively searching listings for me. He showed me a place that was over my budget but we have successfully got it down to within my price range! I am very happy with Brian’s service.

Brian has been part of our journey to finding our home from the very start. I met him at a friend’s housewarming and he encouraged me that now is the right time. After sharing his professional knowledge of what’s going on in the real estate market, I then spoke with my husband and have decided to start the process. Brian referred me to his connection for my preapproval. When preapproval stage was done, the journey to finding our forever home began. It wasn’t an easy journey (to be honest) considering the tough real estate market in the lower mainland. There even came a time where me and my husband were very frustrated after losing our property bid and was planning to give up, but Brian is confident that he’ll find the right property for us. He always encouraged us to be optimistic. He explained everything and was so patient with us. I was most likely one of his difficult client (hehe). He indeed found the property for my family and I am beyond grateful. Brian’s work ethic was exceptional and I can attest to that. Brian is upfront and knowledgeable when it comes to giving you the bottom line on what your money can buy and where the market is headed. I was able to get a condo for below asking during a period where multiple offers over asking was the norm; Brian was able to gauge the situation and determine what the seller was actually willing to accept. The offer was placed and the deal was closed immediately.
