We picked up a 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor because my client preferred the larger patio space. Out of the three 1 bedroom units we decided to go with unit 1B because the bedroom window is further away from the neighbours patio space and the neighbour at 1A is blocked by a wall so we have the most private unit on available.
